Adobe Flash
Adobe Flash, or simply Flash, refers to both the Adobe Flash Player, and to
the Adobe Flash Professional multimedia authoring program. Adobe Flash
Professional is used to create content for the Adobe Engagement Platform
(such as web applications, games and movies, and content for mobile phones
and other embedded devices).
Domain Name

FTP
FTP or File Transfer Protocol is used to transfer data from one computer to another over the Internet, or
through a network.Specifically, FTP is a commonly used protocol for exchanging files over any network
that supports the TCP/IP protocol (such as the Internet or an intranet). There are two computers involved
in an FTP transfer: a server and a client
Google
Google Inc. is an American public corporation, specializing in Internet search and online advertising.
Google Maps
Google Maps (for a time named Google Local) is a free web mapping service application and technology
provided by Google that powers many map-based services including the Google Maps website, Google Ride
Finder and embedded maps on third-party websites via the Google Maps API. It offers street maps, a route
planner, and an urban business locator for numerous countries around the world.
HTML
HTML, short for Hypertext Markup Language, is the predominant markup language for web pages. It
provides a means to describe the structure of text-based information in a document by denoting certain
text as headings, paragraphs, lists, and so on and to supplement that text with interactive forms, embedded
images, and other objects. HTML is written in the form of labels (known as tags), surrounded by less-than
(<) and greater-than signs (>).
META Tag
Meta elements provide information about a given webpage, most often to help search engines categorize
them correctly. They are inserted into the HTML document, but are often not directly visible to a user
visiting the site.
Outlook (Express)
Outlook Express is an e-mail/news client that was included in versions of Microsoft Windows from
Windows 98 to Windows Vista (it has been renamed Windows Mail in Vista). It was also bundled with
Internet Explorer 4.0, and available for Windows 95 and the classic Mac OS.
Search Engine
A search engine is an information retrieval system designed to help find information stored on a computer
system. Search engines help to minimize the time required to find information and the amount of
information which must be consulted, akin to other techniques for managing information overload.
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site
from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results. Usually, the earlier a site is
presented in the search results, or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site. SEO can also
target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical search
engines.
W3C
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is the main international standards organization for the World
Wide Web (W3). It is arranged as a consortium where member organisations maintain full-time staff for
the purpose of working together in the development of standards for the W3.
